The Applied Mathematics and Plasma Physics group, T-5 of the Theoretical Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory seeks a postdoctoral candidate to investigate two-point modeling and simulation of a range of anisotropic, inhomogeneous and transitional turbulent flows. The successful candidate will pursue theoretical analysis and development of two-point spectral closures for turbulence in such regimes and will implement the models into code for validation. The candidate will be expected to work both independently and within a small team environment.
