The team works on the development of biosensors, medical radioisotopes, and world health threats. The student will learn to present their research, and integrate findings with the rest of the team by regularly attending group and team meetings. The student will be responsible for reporting research results back to the team at weekly meetings and keeping official laboratory note books, and contribute to manuscripts and presentations as required. In addition, the student may attend seminars that interest them to expand their own knowledge and broaden their interests. The student will have the opportunity for networking and social events. | | | | | | What You Need Minimum Job Requirements: Desired Skills: Education: A B.S. in one of the following fields of study: Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, or Biophysics (or related fields) within the past three years. B.S should have been completed with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent. Must not be accepted and enrolled in a graduate program (recently enrolled graduate students should explore employment opportunities within the Laboratory’s Graduate Program)
